Optimization & Individual programming
COSIB has been the responsible SAP Business One partner for the company since 2012. At the beginning of 2023, the COSIB team was commissioned with the development of powerful dashboards for the optimized control of complex process structures. The goal was to visualize data and key figures from the various process structures via dashboards and thus enable more efficient control. In addition, our customer required custom programming for the processing of expired quotations and their rule control.
Setup in the productive system
After the detailed requirements recording and the additional creation of a change request, the team prepared the customizations, developed the dashboards and programmed the customizing. Subsequently, all elements were implemented first in the test system and then in the customer's production system, including:
- Customization Boyum dashboards with additional sales logics
- Creation of P&L dashboards
- Integration of scheduling planning with Boyum Dashboard for frame contracts
- Automated management of expired offers
In parallel to the go-live, briefings and trainings took place so that all users could quickly familiarize themselves and reorganize their areas of responsibility.
