Step by Step From project preparation to go-live
Our experience shows and we understand very well that every company is individual and therefore has different specific requirements and complexities. This relates, for example, to different technology models, previously used systems, additionally required applications or differences in the current database.
At the beginning of the cloud implementation, you will therefore receive your personal project plan from us, in which the various project phases have been individually defined for you and your project. Möglicher Projektablauf Implementierung von SAP Cloud
Mit der SAP Cloud Integration bauen Sie Ihre IT-Infrastruktur im Unternehmen aus und erweitern Ihr Cloud Computing. Damit die Implementierung der Lösung sicher und effizient umgesetzt wird, begleiten wir Sie als Ihr SAP Business One Partner bei allen Projektphasen.
Phase 1 – Welcome Call zur Erläuterung des Self-Service
Für Cloud-Anwender stehen umfangreiche Trainings- und Schulungsunterlagen bereit. Im Gegensatz zur klassischen Einführung vor Ort erarbeitet sich der Cloud-Anwender alle relevanten Anwendungsinhalte im Self-Service-Verfahren. Das Trainingshandbuch bezieht sich dabei Schritt für Schritt auf die Schulungsdaten, die dem Anwender in einem SAP Business One Schulungssystem online zur Verfügung stehen. So kann zu jedem Zeitpunkt jeder Schritt erlernt und nachvollzogen werden. Die ausführliche Dokumentation für SAP Business One enthält eine Beschreibung aller Funktionen, die in dem Programm enthalten sind. Auf Wunsch kann die Einführung auch nach der klassischen Vorgehensweise erfolgen.
Phase 2 – Projektvorbereitung
In dieser Phase wird gemeinsam ein erster Check-in bei Ihrem SAP-Hoster durchgeführt. In einer Kick-off-Session werden die funktionalen Anforderungen, die während des Verkaufsprozesses besprochen wurden, in die Planung aufgenommen. Die Konfiguration Ihres SAP Business One Systems anhand des SLM Guides wird vorgenommen. Sie erhalten außerdem Ihren Cloud-Zugang und gemeinsam werden dort die ersten Schritte durchgeführt.
Phase 3 - Definition Projekt und Prozessabläufe
In dieser Phase wird das Projekt und sämtliche Prozessabläufe genau definiert. Nach einer erfolgreichen und dokumentierten Installation sowie Konfiguration der Anwendung wird das System an Sie übergeben. Der Business Blueprint ist die Grundlage zur anschließen Bearbeitung des Projekts.
Phase 4 – Projektrealisierung
In dieser Phase müssen sämtliche Unternehmensdaten und Prozesse in das System eingebunden werden. Zu jedem Datentyp und jedem Prozess erhalten Sie hierbei von Ihrem SAP-Berater eine Einführung, damit Sie die Datenübernahme anschließend im Self-Service durchführen können.
Phase 5 - Abnahme, Produktivstart und Support
Während dieser Phase wird eine letzte Qualitätskontrolle des Systems durchgeführt. Sie sind jetzt vertraut in der Bedienung sämtlicher Funktionen von SAP Business One und können das System zukünftig selbstständig bedienen.
Je nach Bedarf: Zusätzliche Leistungen
In einer zusätzlichen Phase können individuelle Leistungen und Programmierungsaufwand stattfinden - beispielsweise die Programmierung zusätzlicher Funktionen oder eine Optimierung des Systems einige Wochen nach Start des Live-Betriebs.
