Hotline Personal support concept

One contact for all questions. If you conclude a maintenance contract for your SAP Business One solution with COSIB as an SAP partner you are on the safe side. One component of the service is the hotline, where you won't encounter any music on hold. 

Around the clock

We are personally available for you and take care of you and your SAP Business One or SAP HANA system. From 08:30 am to 5:00 pm. A ticket system is available to you outside of our service hours. You can submit messages day and night and receive immediate confirmation.


If you report a problem, your contact person in Service or your SAP project manager will provide a solution. In the background, our service staff and those from SAP in second-level support qualify the tasks required to solve a problem. Should the worst come to the worst, our involvement only ends when your system is fully operational.

Update- and Releaseservice

With the maintenance contract, you receive all new program versions of SAP Business One, the COSIB SAP industry solutions and all other software programs supported by us. Depending on the contract model, on-site deployment to install the new program versions is already included in the software maintenance fees. Just let us do the work and relax and take care of your business.
