Hotline - Personal Care Concept

One contact person for all questions. When you conclude a maintenance contract for the SAP Business One solution with COSIB, you are on the safe side. A part of our service is the hotline. We are personally available for you and take care of you and your SAP Business One or SAP HANA system. From 08:00 to 18:00.

At any time

Leaving our service times, a ticket system is available for you. You can send messages day and night and receive a confirmation immediately.


If you report a problem, your service representative or your SAP project manager will provide a solution. In the background, our service staff and SAP in second-level support qualify the tasks needed to solve a problem. Should it ever come to the worst case, our commitment ends only as recently as the complete operability of your system.

Update and Release Service

With the maintenance contract, you will receive all new program versions of SAP Business One, the COSIB SAP industry solutions and all other software programs we support. Depending on the contract model, the on-site deployment of the new program versions is already included in the software maintenance fees. Let just us do the work and relax and take care of your business.
