How to use the SAP Business One - Shopware integration

The SAP Business One and Shopware connector can automate important business processes and streamline your company data efficiently.

 

The following data can be synchronized between the two applications:

Customer Data:

Synchronize customer data
 
  • Every new customer registered on the Shopware website is synchronized with SAP Business One as a business partner. All details of the web customer, including billing address, delivery address and customer information with e-mail ID and phone number, are available in SAP Business One. Customer synchronization works in both directions. Existing customers with details can be synchronized from SAP Business One back to Shopware.

Product/Item:

Synchronize new and existing products
 
  • Every item listed in your SAP Business One ERP is uploaded as a product in Shopware eCommerce. Product synchronization works in both directions. Existing products with details can be synchronized from Shopware back to SAP Business One.

Orders:

Synchronization of sales orders:
 
  • All orders placed in Shopware are synchronized with SAP Business One ERP as sales orders. All order details such as ordered items, amount, customer name, address, etc. will be available in SAP Business One.

Stock/Inventory:

Stock update
 
  • Inventory updates made in SAP Business One via the inventory transaction process are synchronized with the Shopware website.
