How to use the SAP Business One - salesforce integration

The SAP Business One and salsforce connector can automate key lead and customer processes and efficiently rationalise your business data.

 

The following data can be synchronised between the two applications:

Accounts

Accounts/Business Partners
 

  • New business partners in SAP Business One are synchronised with Salesforce. Every change to a transaction in Salesforce / SAP is synchronised with the other application. The following information is synchronised between the applications.

    - Account Name
    - SAP Customer number
    - Default delivery address
    - Default billing address
    - Telefon
    -Industrie
  • Synchronisation works bidirectionally with the Add and Update operations.
Contacts/Reference
 
  • New contacts from one application are synchronised with the other application. Updates to contacts are also synchronised.
  • Contacts are synchronised and linked to the correct business partner or account.
    The key fields that are synchronised during contact synchronisation are listed below:
    - Name
    - Owner (if applicable)
    - Telephone/mobile phone
    - E-Mail
    - Name of the account
  • Synchronisation works bidirectionally with the Add and Update operations

Prices:

Pricebook
 
  • Predefined price lists are synchronised by SAP Business One with Salesforce as price books. One of the price lists must be selected as the default price list. The product prices are synchronised from SAP Business One with Salesforce for these price books. When the prices are updated in SAP, they are synchronised with Salesforce.
  • The synchronisation works from SAP Business One to Salesforce with the Add and Update operation. A single currency is supported in this sync process. Special prices are not supported.

Items/Products:

Items
 
  • Items from SAP Business One are synchronised with Salesforce together with their prices. It is possible to filter the products to be synchronised and to synchronise only the active products. The most important information that is synchronised in relation to articles is listed below.
    - Name of the product
    - Product code
    - Description of the product
    - Product prices in connection with different price books

  • Quotations with a value other than zero are synchronised by Salesforce with SAP Business One. The sales representative can mark the quotations that are ready for synchronisation. The most important information that is synchronised by Salesforce with SAP Business One is listed below.
